FDA Registration

All wineries outside of the US must be registered with the USFDA before you ship your wine.

If you have already registered - Great! If you have not yet registered with the FDA, we make it very easy.

Simply click here to download the form, print it, fill in all of the information, sign it and fax it to our office at 585-332-4647.

We will register your winery with the FDA and send you your Registration Number by email.
