After achieving a Bachelor's degree in Biology specialised in Ecology, I attended the Vinifera International M.Sc. of Viticulture and Enology in Montpellier, Bordeaux and Italy. I concluded my Master's degree in 2012 in Bordeaux with a thesis on a comparative study of conventional and biodynamic viticulture in the Margaux area. I then worked as a travelling winemaker, engaging with various estates across the world with emphasis on organic and biodynamic practices. I now work as a freelance consulting winemaker based in the South of France, creating wines for a large range of markets, in Europe and overseas.
